Meet the team

Tiffani is a registered nurse with more than five years of direct patient care across skilled nursing, home health, subacute care, acute care and aesthetics. She began in aesthetics as an LVN in a med spa and has worked in the aesthetics industry for two and a half years. She is now pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner.

Karina is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Public Health Nurse certification, and more than eight years of combined healthcare experience across emergency medical services, acute and chronic care, occupational health and medical aesthetics. Her clinical background emphasizes patient safety, comprehensive assessment, evidence-based practice and individualized care.

Her approach is rooted in nursing and patient education. She believes the best aesthetic results enhance your natural beauty while putting your skin's health and your own goals first, and she works to make every client feel heard, educated and confident from the first consultation onward.

Dr. Rongey is the medical director of Epic IV Hydration & Med Spa. She does not perform treatments at this location; every treatment here is performed by one of the clinic's registered nurses.
