How dermaplaning works
After cleansing, the clinician holds the skin taut and draws a sterile blade across it at a shallow angle, in short, light strokes. The blade lifts away dead cells and fine hair together. Most people feel only light scraping.
The face is finished with moisturiser and sunscreen, and your clinician tells you how to care for your skin afterwards.

What to expect

A clinician looks at your skin and asks about your products and any sensitivity, then tells you whether dermaplaning suits you. You hear the price first.
Treatment
Your face is cleansed, then the clinician works across it in light strokes. You feel light scraping and nothing sharp.
Afterwards
Wear sunscreen every day and go easy on exfoliating products, as your clinician advises.
