Reviews of Epic IV live on our Google listing, written by patients and shown there exactly as they wrote them. Read them there. We do not edit reviews, we do not pay for them, and we do not copy a star rating or a count onto this site.
How we ask for reviews
After a visit, we ask patients to leave a review on Google if they feel like it, and to mention which treatment they had. That one detail helps the next person find the review that matters to them: someone considering a CO2 laser wants to read about recovery from a CO2 laser, not about an IV drip. We never offer a discount or a gift for a review, and we respond to every review, including the critical ones.
